∎ Strategy and Business Performance:
∎ Driving sales promotion, activities to achieve/exceed defined sales targets.
∎ Drive a well thought-through, creative approach to satisfy customers, improve/ gain competitive advantage in market space.
∎ Build sustainable and scalable Liability and Asset base for the organization.
∎ Create and establish customer satisfaction and create Loyalty Index.
∎ Coaching and on-job training for sustainable business performance.
∎ Managing attrition of resources.
∎ Operational Risk / Administration:
∎ Comply security management and adhere with Administration as when required.
∎ Support SM / Unit Head to ensure that all records are properly maintained for audit and ensure good ratings.

∎ Adhere and develop culture around regulatory framework and company's internal policy.
