Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Livestock / Veterinary Medicine.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Broiler Farm Management, Parent Stock Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for a cluster.
∎ Increase the number of bird’s population according to cluster target.
∎ Ensure proper farm washing and cleaning.
∎ Place DOC (Day old chicks) requirement to branch manager.
∎ Place feed requirement to store keeper/ Supply Chain Dept. for timely feed supply.
∎ Inform bird health abnormality to technical service.
∎ Daily visit to contract farms and follow up according to check list.
∎ Record daily data to data sheet or software.
∎ Place bird sale requirement well advance to branch manager when birds are ready to be sold.
∎ Submit all documents to accounts officer timely.
∎ Close every flock after bird sale on time and ensure farmer payment by co-operation with branch manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have at least 35,000 DOC housing capacity.
∎ Must have vast knowledge on Commercial Layer / Broiler farming.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Contract Farming.
