Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute regional SME business strategy aligned with bank goals
Drive growth in loan, deposit, trade, and fee income for the region
Identify high-potential sectors and expansion opportunities across the region
Maintain strong portfolio quality through active monitoring and controls
Track market trends, competitor activity, and SME financing opportunities
Coordinate with Branch, SME CRM, Asset Operations, Legal, and Trade Operations for execution excellence
Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment across SME activities
