- Proficient and possesses strong computer skills.
- Prior experience in email handling, customer support, or a similar role is preferred. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate USA time zones & holidays. An adequate typing speed.
