Responsibilities & Context:
Promptly handle walk-in, online, and telephone inquiries.
Greet and assist showroom visitors professionally.
Understand customer needs and explain BYD electric vehicle models.
Build rapport and trust with potential buyers.
Assist the sales team with booking, documentation, and delivery.
Ensure timely and accurate paperwork.
Update the CRM with all client interactions and lead data.
Keep records of customer preferences and sales funnel status.
Support marketing/sales events (launches, roadshows, EV campaigns).
Coordinate promotional activities with the marketing team.
