Responsibilities & Context:

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Client Accounts & Support Officer located in Dhaka. The responsibilities include managing client accounts, providing technical assistance, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any client issues promptly and professionally. The role requires effective communication with both internal teams and clients, along with monitoring and improving customer satisfaction through reliable support services.

Requirements/ Duty :

  • Provide first-line software support to assigned clients via WhatsApp and phone.

  • Handle monthly subscription follow-ups and payment coordination.

  • Share invoices, payment reminders, and confirmation updates.

  • Maintain client account status (paid, due, overdue).

  • Coordinate with technical team for unresolved issues.

  • Ensure clients continue service without interruption.

  • Build healthy long-term relationships with workshop owners.

  • Update CRM with support and payment activity.

  • Follow up politely on overdue accounts without conflict.

  • Report weekly collection and client status to management.
