To support our expansion, we are looking for experienced and motivated Telesales Executives who have a strong background in selling IT training programs.

Call and follow up with leads generated from digital marketing, website, and campaigns

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT & professional training programs

  • Explain course features, benefits, career outcomes, and pricing clearly

  • Convert inquiries into enrollments through persuasive communication

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and management team about lead quality and customer demand
