Position Details
• Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
• Location:
• Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM or 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Number of Vacancies: 15
• Gender Requirement: Male applicants only
• Language Requirement: Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written)

Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to international clients (primarily English-speaking countries)
• Engage with clients in fluent English
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality during work hours

• No specific educational qualifications required
• Fluency in English is mandatory

Compensation & Benefits:
• Monthly Salary (Freshers): Negotiable
• Experienced Candidates: Salary is negotiable based on experience in a relevant field
• Sales Bonus: Earn over BDT 5,000 monthly based on performance

• Festival Bonus: Two bonuses per year (eligible after 6-month probation period)
