Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Manager Pvt. Limited is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with a branch office located in Melbourne, Australia. Since our establishment in 2019, we have distinguished ourselves in the industry for our exceptional services across various domains including Sales, Marketing, Back Office operations, Software Development & IT, Product Development, and more.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level IT professional to support day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, provide user support, and help maintain network systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and fix common computer hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

  • Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related queries in a timely manner

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard software applications

  • Assist with network setup, monitoring, and basic configuration, including MikroTik devices

  • Support Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and troubleshoot user issues

  • Perform routine IT administrative tasks such as user account management, system updates, and backups

  • Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and support logs

  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and experience with MikroTik configuration

  • Previous experience in an IT Admin or IT Support role

  • Good problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., MTCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus

  • Good/Moderate in English Communication
