Job Context:
∎ We are hiring Agents for our International Call Center and its a Day Shift job.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
∎ Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
∎ Answering customers’ questions on the products.
∎ Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
∎ Meeting sales quotas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluently Speaking English and Good sales ability is MUST
∎ Qualification: O Level, A-Level, Bachelor's degree in any discipline
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
∎ Minimum 1-year experience working in International Call Center.
∎ The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Bonus for per QA approved leads (One can earn up to 5k as a bonus)
Double the bonus when you hit the KPI
