The company specializes in designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud solutions.
The role is designed for professionals who will manage and contribute to the Technical Product & Solution Design function. The incumbent is expected to gain hands-on exposure in installation, support, and maintenance activities within cross-functional teams, enabling strong practical grounding before independently leading solution design initiatives.
Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer requirements, business objectives, and industry best practices.
Prepare and present technical proposals, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), High-Level Designs (HLDs), and solution architecture diagrams.
Conduct technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements, and solution validation workshops.
Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, including technical compliance, assumptions, and solution differentiators.
Ensure proposed solutions comply with product lifecycle status, licensing models, warranty terms, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with OEMs and solution providers across infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud domains.
Analyze OEM and competitor solutions, pricing structures, and commercial models to prepare competitive proposals.
Maintain updated knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Conduct market research and identify potential solution components aligned with client needs.
Identify new business opportunities, solution providers, and technology partners.
Support sales activities including client meetings, solution presentations, reference materials, and proposal documentation.
Maintain and update client interactions, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive, timely, and value-driven engagement.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to implement growth and client-retention strategies.
Participate in hands-on installation, support, and maintenance activities to ensure solution feasibility, performance, and supportability.
Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth transition from design to implementation.
