Key Responsibilities

• Install, support and maintain enterprise hardware systems including servers, storage systems, enterprise hardware security systems and enterprise hardware solutions at different customer locations across the country.

• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot enterprise storage solutions.

• Install and troubleshoot operating systems including Windows Server, RHEL, HP-UX and other Unix platforms.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support ensuring minimum system downtime.

• Communicate, escalate and coordinate with customers and overseas partners for faster problem resolution.

• Ensure customer satisfaction — Customer Satisfaction Surveys will be key performance indicators.

• Ensure timely and high-quality communication with internal teams and customers.

• Learn and remain current in relevant enterprise products and technologies.
