∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Bar Council Membership
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Company Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Land and Legal, Land Law
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to handle all the legal issues regarding land and to handle all Legal Issues of the company.
∎ To be responsible for providing legal opinion and legal vetting of charge / legal documents.
∎ To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, Corporate and real estate issues.
∎ Review all contacts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself.
∎ Assist in purchasing of land property.
∎ To be responsible for preparing various kinds of legal agreement i.e. MOU, DOA, POA etc.
∎ Have to Review and draft contacts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with
∎ Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.
∎ Handling in-depth, Contracts law, Transfer of Property Act and Rent Act; litigation
∎ Appear before the Court in respect of any issue in favor of company
