Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, design, and supervise construction projects (residential & commercial)
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimation, and project budgeting
Monitor site work, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders
Ensure work is completed according to design, specifications, and timeline
Check construction materials and ensure proper usage
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Handle site problems and provide technical solutions
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
