∎ Manage all construction work in Garments Industry as per the projected time with due attention to rate analysis through proper market survey.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day supervision of constructions work with ensuring construction methodology, progress and report to line management.
∎ Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
∎ Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
∎ Manage and ensure all sorts of renovation work as per the company schedule and
∎ projected time.
∎ Supervise the repairing work of RCC frame structures, Pre-engineered building.
∎ Supervise the repairing and maintenance of all sorts of Sanitary Fittings Work etc.
∎ 3TO prepare a project estimate and cost analysis based on working design / drawing.
∎ Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
∎ Provide cost estimates for material, equipment, or labor to determine a project’s
∎ economic feasibility.
∎ Ensure quality of all structural and architectural work carried out as per design and
∎ specification and maintain the accord and alliance rules and regulations.
∎ Ensure the whole work to be executed as per drawing design and specification with
∎ specified time frame.
∎ Prepare technical construction specifications, BOQ and as build drawings. Study the
∎ structural, architectural and other design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute
∎ construction works accordingly.
∎ To maintain liaison with the govt. agencies in connection with the construction /
∎ renovation in the project.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time.
