• Minimum 05 years of experience in Civil Engineering from any reputed hospital is mandatory.
• Excellent proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, MS-Project, Auto CAD and Design related software.
• Experience of high-risk projects preferably with basements will be considered as an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, especially with Management & Site Office.
• Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and have experience in the field job.
• Must be independently motivated and schedule-driven with a proven history of successful coordination and meeting deadlines and have a flexible schedule.
• Vast Knowledge of Structure, Construction & Finishing, all types of Maintenance work, and Project Management.
• Ability to work independently & under pressure.
• Smart, Energetic and Hardworking.
• Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
• The candidate should have knowledge structural related software analysis.

Divine Mercy Hospital Ltd. (DMHL) is a dynamic project of The Christian Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. (CCCUL) Dhaka. It is located on the outskirts of Dhaka city at proximity to the Dhaka By Pass National Highway at Mothbari, Ulukhola Kaligonj under the District of Gazipur (approx. 12 kilometers from Kuril, Bishwaroad). 

Divine Mercy Hospital is a 300 bedded multi-disciplinary hospital to be established with the aim of providing quality health care services at affordable costs to the people of all segments of the society of Bangladesh. It will provide 24 hours emergency and ambulance services, with round the clock doctors, available for treatment of various discipline. The hospital is seeking application for the following positions who would be interested to join in the journey to provide quality services with love, care and compassion. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination with the entire Department that is involved in the Project.
• Responsible to complete Project work within the Schedule time as per targets set by management.
• Prepare technical proposals and method statements as per task requirements.
• Collect specifications and price index documents related to civil works in Bangladesh.
• Set meeting with related government officials if necessary.
• To work closely with Design, Estimate, Supply Chain, Land & Legal and Accounts Department.
• Assistance with Manager to collect marketing information & market analysis.
• Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
• BOQ and tender schedule ready for selecting contractors.
• Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; Construction site inspection and supervision; verifying calculations and placements.
• All the maintenance-related works of the project should be carried out properly with the cooperation of all the departments.
