• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Strong technical and analytical skills

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, etc.) will be an advantage

• Plan, design, and supervise construction and development projects

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings

• Prepare and review structural designs, drawings, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

• Ensure quality control of materials and construction work

• Prepare cost estimates and monitor project budgets

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management

• Manage construction materials, labor, and equipment efficiently

• Identify technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams

• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and feasibility studies

• Supervise maintenance and repair of existing structures when required
