• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the Middle East on civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, materials, and international standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Supervise and monitor construction activities at the site. 
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings. 
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors. 
• Ensure project execution as per schedule, budget, and quality standards. 
• Maintain daily progress reports and submit periodic updates. 
• Implement safety protocols and quality control standards. 
• Resolve site issues and technical challenges promptly.
