• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction projects.
• Mandatory working experience in South Asia.
• Experience in managing international or overseas projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with international construction standards and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Construction for a major project in Vietnam. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects. Prior work experience in South Asia is mandatory. The candidate must hold a BSc in Civil Engineering and demonstrate strong leadership, technical, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation.
• Manage risk assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making on site.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company policies.
• Lead project teams and provide guidance, supervision, and performance evaluation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and senior management regarding project status.
