Responsibilities & Context:
Must be knowledge regarding both high rises building structural & finishing stage of project.
Must be Efficiency in completing the projects with in the given time frame.
Overseeing all the details of the Project from beginning to end till its handover.
Responsible for total project planning projects implementation reducing the cost & wastages.
Must be Ensure timely completion of the construction work of the project for timely handover.
Must be Check bill and quantities of every item of work according to the original.
Ensures all the safety codes and security of all workers, materials, and equipment.
Oversee all utilities bill because of excessive uses of water, electricity and others.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Designing, Planning, Drafting, QC & Compliance, Steel Building detail drawing.
The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Consultancy / Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Solar Structure.
Must knowledge on AutoCAD software Skill in site supervision.
Hard working capability.
