  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Tender Management / Cost Estimation / BOQ Analysis

  • Experience certificate from previous employer(s) Must be submitted.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Sound understanding of e-GP portals, tender procedures, and relevant standards.

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and responsible.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:

Employment Status: 8 working hours per day with a 1-hour break.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience in preparing, reviewing, and submitting bids via e-GP portals (LTM, OTM, PPP, etc.).

  • Ensure compliance with tender notices, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.

  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for tender documentation.

  • Must be able to prepare detailed BOQs based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions.

  • Conduct rate analysis, material costing, labor costing, and budgeting.

  • Must be proficient in using AutoCAD or measurement tools to validate quantities.

  • Perform structural/civil calculations including concrete, steel, earthwork, and utilities.

  • Analyze project feasibility, risks, and resource requirements.

  • Assist in post-tender negotiations, contract finalization, and handover.

  • Maintain proper documentation including EMD, performance guarantees, and technical bids.

  • Ensure compliance with CPWD, FIDIC, or client-specific standards.

  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams.

  • Must be willing to train junior engineers on BOQ preparation and e-Tendering tools and be a strong team player.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

  • Must have hands-on experience in communicating with government departments, collecting price quotations, and preparing competitive bids.
