Responsibilities & Context: - Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, attendance, leave, and payroll support
- Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR database.
- Coordinate training performance appraisal, and employee engagement activities.
- Support administrative functions such as office management, logistics, and vendor communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by management
- Handle other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.
- All necessary bank related works
- All documentation works
- Assisting in resolving logistical problems and ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of purchases, inventory, and supplier information.
- Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, answering inquiries, and preparing reports.
