Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, attendance, leave, and payroll support
  • Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR database.
  • Coordinate training performance appraisal, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support administrative functions such as office management, logistics, and vendor communication
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required by management
  • Handle other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.
  • All necessary bank related works
  • All documentation works
  • Assisting in resolving logistical problems and ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of purchases, inventory, and supplier information.
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, answering inquiries, and preparing reports.
