Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of guiding and coordination of different activities of the construction sites and make the team work effective and successful.
∎ Ensure compliance of civil construction with the relevant codes and standards (BNBC, FAR etc.) in accordance with the technical specifications, the contract, local applicable laws, safety & security on behalf of the company.
∎ Follow up daily work program, Supervision of civil work , Quality assurance of civil work , Wastage control of material , Safety compliance of civil work , Preparing check list.
∎ Leading, planning, supervising, controlling & coordinating of factory construction works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 34 years
