- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscaping or civil engineering / landscaping projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial aspects of project management, cost estimation, and site coordination.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to stay full-time on site at Payra, Barishal.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee on-site landscaping and civil works to ensure execution as per project design and specifications.
- Manage project-related commercial tasks, including cost control, budget monitoring, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare project cost reports, billing, and documentation for client approvals.
- Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams regarding material and subcontractor payments.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and project contracts.
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and financial documentation
