• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or Assistant Chinese Chef in a reputed restaurant.

• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, including appetizers, soups, chicken, beef, prawns, rice, and noodles.

• Ability to handle a high-pressure kitchen environment.

• Team player with leadership qualities (for Chef role).

• For Assistant Chef – willingness to learn, support, and follow the head chef’s instructions.

• Good communication and discipline at work.

We are looking for experienced and passionate Chinese Chef and Assistant Chinese Chef to join our team and bring authentic flavor, creativity, and consistency to our Chinese menu.

Menu Coverage Includes:

• Appetizers: Fried Wonthon, Spring Rolls, Naga Hot Wings, Chicken Lollipop, Thai Fried Chicken, etc.

• Salads: Cashew-Nut Salad, BBQ Chicken Salad, Green Salad.

• Soups: Thai Soup, Chicken Corn Soup, Hot & Sour Soup, etc.

• Main Dishes: Chicken Chilli Onion, Chicken Masala, Beef with Garlic, Beef Sizzling, Sweet & Sour Prawn, Prawn Garlic Pepper.

• Vegetables, Rice & Noodles: Thai Vegetables, Fried Rice varieties, Chowmein, Mixed Chowmein.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook all Chinese menu items with proper taste, hygiene, and presentation.

• Supervise kitchen staff and guide the assistant chef in daily operations.

• Maintain food quality, portion control, and consistency.

• Develop new recipes and improve existing ones based on customer feedback.

• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and maintain kitchen cleanliness as per food safety standards.

• Assist in inventory management and cost control.
