Garment Technology, ICT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Roadmap of Technology Transformation
∎ Constant update of Technology Trend to Board of Directors and MANCOM.
∎ Run and complete the project for establishing Epyllion as a Data Driven Company.
∎ Construct and maintain Resource Pool for adopting technology.
∎ Strategic planning for business digitalization and for process automation.
∎ Optimize use of the Technology Budget.
∎ Execute Road map and implementation of technology sophisticated human base.
∎ Envision how different forms of technology will be used in the company, and discover, assess and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
∎ Focus on planning, ROI and Business Cases for technology investments
∎ Build quality assurance, oversee data security management, and create networking safeguards that prevent security breaches
∎ Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors and use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years work experience in ICT & IP arena
∎ Experience in similar leadership role and in garments industry is preferable
∎ Knowledge of technological trends and constant learner as technology changes daily
∎ Sound understanding of budget and business planning
∎ Exposure to build and manage large technology infrastructure and systems
∎ Ability to conduct technological research and predict trends
∎ Ability to set and execute vision
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong leadership and organizational abilities
∎ Strategic thinker with Problem-solving attitude
