Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as a thought leader and technology driver for the company, as a key member of the Leadership Team.
∎ Collaborate with business and marketing teams to understand and influence product vision and requirements, starting with our first two offerings and associated roadmaps.
∎ Bring rock-solid software lifecycle understanding and lead high-quality engineering across the entire product life cycle (from conception to deprecation).
∎ Design test strategies and support QA engineers develop appropriate test plans, test data, automation and test tools that help deliver robust products and user experiences.
∎ Oversee the development of code and execution of tests; establish and monitor reporting on tests — from unit to full system and regression testing.
∎ Build and manage a team of software engineers and testers, incl. supporting their career growth and development.
∎ Support project managers execute agile and lean projects that are essential to delivering roadmap items and key company milestones.
∎ Continuously monitor the industry and academia for technology developments and trends and adopt best practices within Cloudly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field.
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in developing and leading scalable web, cloud or mobile platforms, at a startup preferred.
∎ Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and track record of delivering software products to markets.
∎ Strong technology vision, strategy and execution combined with solid business acumen.
∎ Strong project management, multiple projects, and technical decision-making skills.
∎ Experience working with product managers, marketing and sales teams to support GTM of a new product and then scaling and growing it.
∎ Experience working with UI/UX designers to build superb user experiences and data scientists to iterate and improve product performance and scale.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills that inspire people around you.
∎ Passion to bring new products and services to market that deliver real value to users.
