Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets as well as owner assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
∎ To identify external & internal security threats & plan out strategies to minimize the threat.
∎ Proper management of incoming & outgoing goods challan, gate pass & registers.
∎ Introduce, implement, and monitor visitor and dispatch management systems.
∎ To ensure 24-hour CCTV surveillance inside and outside factories, head office premises, and owner premises.
∎ To Prepare the SOP/ Security manual of the security department as required.
∎ Support for developing and implementing Group security policy, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
∎ Coordinate, liaison, and build good relationships with the emergency services, police, ambulance, and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
∎ To train the newly hired security personnel and develop security awareness among all Security personnel of the group.
∎ To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard, security supervisor, and Security In charge at different factories, godowns, head office as well as owner premises.
∎ Ensure continuous patrolling to the security spots and around the factories, godowns, head office premises as well as owner premises day & night.
∎ Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.
∎ Responsible for the activities of security personnel of factories, godowns, Head office as well as owner premises.
∎ Ensure compliance standards as well as documents as per C-TPAT requirements.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
