Job Context:
∎ Security: Establishes an automated security management system and supervises day to day activities of security team and makes sure that entire factory is safe and secured from any theft/unlawful cases. In Addition, S/he provides support the warehouse in-charge to form an effective SOP (material receipt, storage and dispatch) in all internal / external warehouses.
∎ Facility Management: Ensures proper inventory management of office equipment, furniture; and also the job holder makes sure that workers and officers dinning halls are maintained in good manner.
∎ Managing current & upcoming security issues of the factory.
∎ Managing a security team of the factory.
∎ Managing and ensuring round the clock security (patrol) in and around the factory to avoid any irregularities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have 10 years’ experience in corporate & civil society after retirement from Army.
∎ Safeguarding company properties, assets and ensuring personal security of the staff.
∎ Monitoring and managing entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other persons to guard against any irregularities.
∎ Reporting daily activities and any irregularities.
∎ Managing in/out procedures of staff, goods, vehicle, etc. at the gate
∎ Managing any other duties as assigned by the management.
∎ Only Retire Army Captain are allowed to apply

∎ Age 40 to 50 years
