Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will have overall responsibility for the project & will be responsible for preparing the master production plan.
∎ Will be the head of all the Operational Departments and will be responsible for coordinating All the Operational Departments for the purpose of ensuring on time shipments with acceptable quality.
∎ Will be responsible for providing technical advice to all the Operational Departments when required.
∎ Will be responsible for implementing efficient and LEAN Systems within the factory in order to increase productivity and reduce unproductive activities in the factory floor.
∎ Will be responsible for Cost analysis within the organization and for suggesting ways to minimize and curtail overhead expenses to improve profitability,
∎ Will be responsible for providing solutions to the challenges faced in production.
∎ Will be responsible for dealing with buyers and buying agents directly and for finalizing new orders so that the production capacity and profitability of the company is maximized.
∎ Will be responsible for sourcing raw materials around the world at competitive prices.
∎ Will be responsible for marketing tours abroad when required.
∎ Will be responsible for monitoring all the activities of the financial and commercial departments along with all the operational departments including merchandising.
∎ Will be responsible for ensuring that yarn consumption for all confirmed styles are done accurately so that there is no excess stock of yarn beyond the acceptable tolerance level remaining in the factory after shipment of those styles.
∎ Will be responsible for ensuring that there arena short shipments against the styles which are to be exported.
∎ Will be responsible for ensuring a lean and efficient administration which is able to effectively deal with indiscipline and corruption within the factory
∎ Will be responsible for ensuring that the factory is compliant at all times so that there arc no Issues if here are any unannounced audits in the factory.
∎ Will be responsible for gradually implementing an integrate ERP (Enterprise Resource Plan) software in the factory which will link up the data of all the key sections of the factory
∎ Will be responsible for getting the factory ready for any new audit certifications which may be required from the customer's side.
