Oversee daily business operations including production, planning, HR, marketing, and supply chain.
Ensure legal, compliance, and corporate governance standards are met.
Drive innovation, business process improvement, and digital transformation.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise all operations including cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, and shipment.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals in production, cost-efficiency, compliance, and customer service.
Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and design teams to align production with buyer requirements.
Monitor production planning, supply chain efficiency, and capacity utilization.
Establish and enforce policies that promote company culture, values, and vision.
Ensure adherence to social, environmental, and buyer compliance standards (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX).
Review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure profitability and control costs.
Provide leadership and direction to department heads and senior management teams.
Foster strong buyer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Evaluate emerging technologies and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
Establish and manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational KPIs.
