∎ Oversee student menu planning, ensuring nutritional balance and compliance with age-specific and those with specific dietary or medical requirements.
∎ Drive student experience enhancement through food-related engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and experiential offerings within campus life.
∎ Coordinate F&B support for company events, school programs, and special activities, guiding local cafeteria managers accordingly.
∎ Share feedback and provide input to the project team on upcoming new projects to ensure proper setup and alignment with F&B requirements.
∎ Propose and manage CapEx and OpEx budgets for all sites related to the F&B function, ensuring cost-effective and future-ready planning.
∎ Explore innovative revenue generation ideas and introduce new F&B concepts, offerings, and services.
∎ Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards across kitchens, dining, and food preparation areas.
∎ Oversee procurement, inventory, and vendor management to support efficient day-to-day operations.
∎ Address customer feedback promptly and ensure continuous improvement in service quality.
∎ Provide regular reports and strategic updates to the CEO and the Board on performance, initiatives, and challenges.
