- Proven experience of 25 Years at least 15 years in progressive marketing leadership roles, preferably in a group of companies or diversified industries.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, market research, and campaign management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience with international markets and cross-cultural marketing is an added advantage.
- Age not exceeding 55 years; however, experienced candidates may be considered flexibly.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Bangla, both written and spoken.
- Must be visionary, proactive, and committed to driving business growth through marketing excellence.
Responsibilities & Context: - Develop and execute global marketing strategies to enhance the company’s market presence in the RMG export sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, sourcing agents, and fashion retailers
- Monitor global apparel market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats
- Promote the company’s sustainability credentials and compliance certifications (Higg, WRAP, BSCI etc.) to meet buyer expectations
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, online catalogues, and B2B platforms
- Lead product development coordination in collaboration with design and merchandising teams to align with global fashion trends
- Manage pricing strategies to remain competitive while ensuring profitability in price-sensitive international markets
- Represent the company at global trade shows, exhibitions, and buyer meetings to build brand visibility
- Implement and monitor CRM systems and data analytics to improve customer engagement and decision-making
- Develop marketing content and materials that effectively communicate the company’s capabilities and values
- Work with production and logistics teams to ensure alignment between marketing promises and delivery performance
- Lead and train the marketing team to build capabilities in international marketing and customer management
- Advocate for digital tools like virtual sampling, 3D visualization, and automated marketing analytics
- Explore new markets and customer segments beyond traditional regions like the EU and US
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align business goals and marketing outcomes
- Coordinate with CSR and compliance teams to ensure marketing messages align with ethical and environmental standards
- Adjust marketing approaches based on geopolitical developments, trade policies, and shifting buyer behavior
- Ensure fast response to buyer inquiries, RFQs, and sample requests through an efficient marketing and merchandising process
