  • Strong product knowledge on all knit items.

  • Familiar with the process flow and requirements of international customers.

  • Strong communication skills, on email and in conversations with foreign buyers.

  • Strong background on garment product costing, order follow-up and execution.

  • Able to communicate with overseas offices & suppliers on development and order- related information and on day-to-day marketing activities and approvals.

  • Having strong leadership quality, mentality, interpersonal skills and able to run a team effectively and able to motivate the team and achieve goals set by the company management.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Responsible for total marketing department for woven and knit apparel buyers

  • Sales forecasting, Market analysis, and searching new markets & buyers to boost up business.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales revenue.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the global market.

  • Marketing planning, market segmentation, targeting buyers, buyer portfolio research & approach planning.

  • Establish long range plan on capacity and business growth to leverage low cost and improve on-time delivery.

  • Costing, cost analysis, price negotiation and arranging the buying meeting with buyers.

  • Demonstrate strong tactical negotiation skills with buyers.

  • Product development, Trend analysis, Fashion forecasting and sustainable Material sourcing according to the buyer and company requirements.

  • Smooth production process follow-up, right time delivery and make sure the quality.

  • Manage the product merchandising process, including product selection, pricing, and inventory management.

  • Manage On-Time to Customer delivery by engaging in factory capacity reviews, fabric, and trim commitments within established calendar timelines.

  • Develop strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and production units to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

  • Deliver quality products aligned with brand standards and maximizing sales, gross margin, and net profit potential.

  • Ensure team provided business and buyers' clarity through cost analysis and risk-assessment tools that measure profitability.

  • Define and implement efficient, cost effective sourcing process.

  • Improve department's gross profit through effective sourcing, sharp cost negotiation, offering cost cutting solutions, improving on time delivery and ensure quality of products.
