∎ Masters in Commerce (Major in Accounting) from a reputed university.
∎ Professional background (preferably CMA/CA/CFA qualified) will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have 10 (ten) years of experience in the relevant field with at least 5 (five) years as a CFO/Deputy to CFO from any NBFI/Bank. The candidate should have thorough knowledge of budgeting, planning and preparation of financial statements of NBFI/Banks.
∎ Age may be relaxed for well-experienced candidates for all posts/positions.

Salary:
∎ Salary as per the policy of FFIL and negotiable based on the educational background and experience.
