Corporate Finance, Finance Management, Finance Manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is considered as second highest position of the Company.
∎ Financial Management and Strategy.
∎ Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals..
∎ Create detailed financial models to support decision-making and funding proposals.
∎ Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendation for improving financial performance.
∎ Oversee financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
∎ Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
∎ Audit, Compliance and Risk Assessment & Management of Risk.
∎ Manage external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
∎ Identify and mitigate financial risk.
∎ Prepare and present financial reports and updates to investors and the board of directors.
∎ Cash flow management
∎ Ensuring timely completion of all the periodic reconciliations of bank, loan, inter company balances and other related financial areas of Company.
∎ Strongly follow the monthly calendar.
∎ Work as a Company Secretary.
∎ Ability to do multitasking job.
∎ Any other roles as the management assigns time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on expense, cost and cash disbursement.
∎ Short term and Long-term strategic plan about financing and operation.
∎ Corporate Governance practice and Internal control procedure.
∎ Working Capital management.
∎ IFRS/IAS, ISA
∎ Knowledge on accounts, finance, audit and software migration
∎ Managing Annual external audits.
∎ Managing Credit Rating Reports.
∎ Knowledge on System audit.
∎ Managing Provident fund and Gratuity fund account.
∎ Enterprise risk management
∎ Manage lease finance and settlement process and insurance of the company assets.
∎ CPV, Journal Voucher, MR Voucher.
∎ Knowledge on Companies Act 1994, Board affairs & RJSC annual returns filing.
∎ Knowledge on Income Tax Ordinance 1984.
∎ Knowledge in research.
∎ Thoroughness with attention to detail.
∎ Respect for procedures and company standards.
∎ Time management.
