Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
∎ To Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement in order to develop a high performing managerial team.
∎ To oversee all operations and business activities to ensure the desired results.
∎ To make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
∎ To enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.
∎ To review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
∎ To build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
∎ To analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
∎ To maintain updated knowledge regarding markets and industry of the company.
∎ To communicate, on behalf of the company, with shareholders, government entities, and the public.
∎ To Lead the development of the company's short and long-term strategy.
∎ To create and implement the company's vision and mission.
∎ To evaluate the work of other executive leaders within the company.
∎ To maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
∎ To assess risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.
∎ To set strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience of at least 5 years as CEO in any renowned Knit Composite Garments industry or similar export oriented manufacturing industry.
∎ Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
∎ Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
∎ Familiarity with diverse business functions such as Marketing, Production, Accounts, Finance, HR, PR etc.
∎ In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
∎ An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
∎ Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
∎ Must have MBA/ Master degree from any reputed university.
