Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting, Finance, Economics or in any business discipline from a recognized educational institution.
∎ No third Division/Class in academic career will be acceptable.
∎ Further academic qualification in related area will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have leadership, analytical and effective decision making skill to promote and adopt Asset Management business planning & process, negotiation and other asset management services.
∎ Able to develop roadmap for Asset Management, asset management product initiation & offerings and aware of related technologies, marketing & legal compliance to become leader in marketplace.
∎ Prepare business plan, collecting fund from domestic & abroad, excellent analytical ability in capital market, mutual fund, financial market operation and knowledge of custody and Board of Trustee.
∎ Making effective plan to reach the company in suitable platform within short period.
∎ Directing execution of asset management operation & decision making.
∎ In-depth knowledge Of Corporate governance, business expansion opportunities.
∎ Expert in fund raising and utilization.
∎ Ability to deal with clients having positive approach.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 08 years industry experience in related field.
∎ Having at least 03 years experience as Chief Executive Officer in a reputed asset management company with proven track record. Experience may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.

Salary: Negotiable
