Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) / Industrial Engineer/ Textile Engineer/ FCA/ MBA/ Masters with excellent academic background.
- Candidate with technical background in Marketing /IE /Textile will get preference.
- No 3rd Class/ Division is allowed
Requirements:

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 50 years
- Only Male
- At least 15 years working experience in respective field in well reputed high compliance Industry over 100 line dealing with top international brands.
- Candidate must have multiple experiences like Marketing/ IE /Textile etc.
- Strong communication skill and at least 3 years working experience as CEO / COO in respective field.
- Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities, new development and strong communication skill to stabilize modern Lean thinking concept.
- Good knowledge at Microsoft Office, Modern inventory management software & Procurement software.
- Strong communication skills in both English & Bengali and interpersonal skill.
- Excellent documentation skills related to manpower.
