Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proven experience as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in a reputed insurance company will get Preference.
∎ Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, finance and departmental knowledge.
∎ In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices. An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills·
∎ Ability to control, conduct & activate overall Business Development of the Company & enhancing the Premium Collection through boosting up the existing development network. Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication and public speaking skills.
∎ Others qualification as mentioned in the SRO No. 375-Law/2012, Dated: 04th November 2012 & SRO No. 338-Law/2023, Dated: 24th December 2023.
