∎ Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
∎ Establish polices that promote company culture and vision.
∎ Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives.
∎ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
∎ Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
∎ Develop marketing strategy and execute the same to attain ling term business goals of the company.
∎ Develop new products to gain competitive advantage in the market.
∎ Take initiatives to bring cost efficiency in the entire production processes.
∎ Take initiatives to build a performance culture in the company through guidance, coaching and nurturing.
