Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory., Business Communication, factory management, Garments Industry, Garments Production, Garments Washing Plant, Handling Buyer and Buying house
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Handle Textiles & Washing plant Operations, Techno-Commercial, strategy planning, Team Management.
∎ Effective Utilization of plant & machineries, Budget, PPC, Utilities, Quality, Handled Manufacturing of Textile & Washing plant per day capacity & Utilities.
∎ To Establish Quality and achieve Profitability of operation through Production planning and Cost control and reduction.
∎ To ensure Customer's satisfaction through quality improvement and timely delivery, departmental administration.
∎ Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
∎ Partnering with high-level officers Lead and motivate them to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team for positive growth of the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability.
∎ Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
∎ Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
∎ Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.
∎ Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
∎ Build trust relations with buyers.
∎ Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
∎ Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
∎ Work closely with the Finance Head to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return.
∎ Work closely with GM of Human Resources (HR), Admin & Compliance regarding hiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement, maintain full organization administration control and to ensure compliance as a whole for positive standing of the Group as a whole.
∎ Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with the department head.
∎ To some extent develop Marketing & Operation strategy for the long run sustainability to become top chart in Apparel Industry locally and abroad.
∎ follow up day to day production from each line and section and ensures that production units meet the production target as per monthly production loading and shipment plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
