∎ B.Sc. in Polymer Chemistry
∎ B. Sc. in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE)
∎ B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Effective Business Communication Skill, Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemical Engineering, CHEMIST, Production/ Operation Management, Synthetic Polymer Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Context:
∎ Full time work
∎ 6 days a week.
∎ Live on site
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage production on PVC Calendaring and PVC coating processes.
∎ • Manage Polymer compounding, formulations and recipes as per grade and applications.
∎ • Communicate and maintain with contact with other departments to achieve desire results.
∎ • Estimate costs and prepare budgets for production department
∎ • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines of dispatches as agreed with marketing
∎ • Monitor daily production to resolve issues and provide inputs to the team
∎ • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel’s
∎ • Plan and Determine number of necessary resources Men, Material and Machine).
∎ • Plan Preventive Maintenance work in coordination with maintenance team, to reduce break down and down time of machine.
∎ • Provide technical inputs in purchasing of equipment whenever required.
∎ • Meet targets of production, wastage, OEE, OTIF and downtime.
∎ • Introduce production tools ensure implementation on floor for improvement.
∎ • Implement and introduce production tools on floor for improvement.
∎ • Enforce health and safety precautions. Ensure safety of machine, product and personnel on floor.
∎ • Ensure output meets quality standards and regulations. Ensure floor readiness for audits.
∎ • Generates daily and monthly reports and present to management with action plan.
∎ • Lead NPD and machine trials , reports and conclusion
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Required Skills
∎ • Working Knowledge Basic Computer / Word / PowerPoint / Excel / Email
∎ • good at statistics.
∎ • Good Communications Skills (English)
∎ • System and Regulations Knowledge.
