- Prior experience in Rice Bran Oil Mills is essential.
Responsibilities & Context:
Check & test the quality of Raw materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FGs) according to established standards and guidelines.
Analyze the composition of rice bran oil, including its fatty acid profile & vitamin content.
Check test results on a regular basis, if abnormality rises, inform immediately to management for corrective measures.
Collect & preserve samples of Finished Goods from shifts to check quality.
Train the sample collectors on their regular activities & responsibilities.
Communicate effectively within the team and with other departments to address quality-related issues.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to sample analysis, including reports, and other relevant records.
Ensure that all testing procedures are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
Write technical reports, documenting analytical methods, experimental procedures, and findings for management.
Initiate requisitions and maintain stock of laboratory chemicals and equipment spare parts to ensure uninterrupted lab operations
