Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Develop, improve and customize formulation, SOP, Equipment’s, product, methods and process regarding proper dyeing and washing of fabrics.
∎ 2. Monitor and ensure immediate support in any unit for the Chemical Testing, Fabric Testing, Washing issue, process improvement, Cost reduce etc.
∎ 3. Ability to maintain Google Drive: Wash Kaizen, Use of Ideal Stoke Chemicals, Chemical Test Report preparing, Technical Issue Box, D8, Wash PDCA etc.
∎ 4. Prepare and preserve documents regarding technical and test reports of chemicals, dyeing/ washing reports etc.
∎ 5. Prepare Specification of useable chemicals, raw materials etc.
∎ 6. Analyze chemicals, raw materials and prepare test solution, compounds and reagents for conducting test.
∎ 7. Maintaining laboratory instruments, troubleshooting and malfunctions.
∎ 8. Evaluate existing dyeing and washing procedure with respect to chemistry background and design a proper method.
∎ 9. Ensure compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines.
∎ 10 Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience in scientific research, laboratory and process work related field will be advantageous.
∎ Chemists will be selected according to their Work experience along with Theoretical, Practical and Technical knowledge.
