∎ Person who has experience in any 5 star or 4-star Hotel industry will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing delicious and healthy Bangla, Continental foods & Special Dessert food Items.
∎ Prepare special dishes and dessert items as per requirements.
∎ Monitoring the quality standards according to the guideline of 5-Star hotel.
∎ Supervising kitchen staff's activities in food preparation.
∎ Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, preservation and presentation.
∎ Follow recipes accurately, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the required standard.
∎ Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly used, cleaned, and maintained.
∎ Maintain proper cleanness and hygiene of the kitchen area.
∎ Maintain kitchen stocks and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the management
