Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure office standards and regulations.
∎ Instruct other chefs in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
∎ Inspect supplies, equipment, and other cooking ingredients.
∎ Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.
∎ Make sure that all kitchen stuff is clean and healthy.
∎ Has to cook Chinese, Thai, Continental, Indian food, Western Food Cooking and sometimes Bangladeshi.
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the client.
