Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ FCA / ACA will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To finalize the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements
∎ To assist management to update and improve financial policies, procedures and guidelines;
∎ To perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company;
∎ To extend all co-operation to the audit team during external audit, management audit, tax audit, VAT audit or any special and satisfy audit queries;
∎ To maintain liaison with regulatory bodies (i.e. Bangladesh Bank, National Board of Revenue (NBR), Register of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC), etc.) and provide necessary information as required by law;
∎ Facilitate and manage the preparation and review company tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.
∎ To assist management in designing and maintaining a sound internal control system;
∎ Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary taxes;
∎ To discharge duties assign to you time to time by the management.
