•  Industry Background: Minimum of 10-15 years in manufacturing, preferably in the food, chocolate, or confectionery industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Operational Excellence: Track record of managing production, quality, and supply chain operations in a high-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the factory's overall vision, strategy, and growth plans to ensure high-quality production and profitable operations. Align operations with the company’s long-term goals, emphasizing innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand forecasts and maintain optimal inventory levels. Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure raw materials are available on time.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily factory operations, including production, quality control, procurement, inventory, and logistics, ensuring that products meet company and regulatory standards. Optimize the manufacturing process to achieve productivity targets.
• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and forecasts. Control costs and allocate resources effectively to meet financial objectives.
• Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure chocolate products meet quality standards and adhere to regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Workforce Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of managers and workers. Create a productive, safe, and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and professional growth.
• Supply Chain Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and distribution channels to ensure a steady flow of raw materials and efficient product delivery. Oversee contract negotiations and establish long-term supply partnerships.
• Innovation and Product Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to innovate new products and improve existing ones. Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all industry regulations, health and safety protocols, and environmental policies. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison with the board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders—report on operational performance, growth plans, and strategic changes.
