Graduate from any recognized institution.

Additional training/certification in CCTV operation or security management will be an advantage.

Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills

Ability to identify suspicious behavior and respond quickly

Basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems and monitoring software

Good reporting and documentation skills

Strong communication and coordination abilities

Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures

Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible attitude

Basic computer proficiency, especially MS Office and surveillance software

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Monitor live and saved CCTV footage and surveillance systems to ensure operational accuracy in yards while loading and unloading of materials, safety and security of company premises, assets, employees, and visitors.

• Identify suspicious activities, unauthorized access, safety violations, or operational irregularities and report them immediately to the concerned authority.

• Maintain continuous observation of all designated cameras and security systems during assigned shifts.

• Record incidents, prepare daily monitoring reports, and maintain proper documentation of observations and escalations.

• Coordinate with security guards, administration, HR, and management teams during emergencies or security incidents.

• Review recorded footage for investigations, incident verification, disciplinary matters, or management requirements.

• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR devices, monitors, and related equipment, and report technical issues promptly.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of surveillance data and company information.

• Support compliance with company security policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

• Assist management during audits, investigations, and emergency response situations.

Ensure 24/7 surveillance coverage through proper work distribution and job accomplishment.
